Straight up worst panda Iv ever eaten. I got a bunch of fatty nasty chicken, it took FOREVER, and I didn’t get my raggoons. I won’t be going back there.

I went thru the drive thru on 5÷9÷2016. Cashier dropped me receipt and some change. My order was wrong when I got home. Talked to owner manager, he said they would replace my order. Went back today and they said I missed my 30 day time period.6/13/2016. Never mentioned a 30 day time period. WILLNEVERGOBACK! What a dumb way to do business.

We’re done with Panda. Last visit trash all over the floor and every table was dirty. Plenty of employees all ignoring the mess. Bye bye Panda Express!

I’m being generous here. Went in to day and wanted to order a couple of large sides. After waiting for several people in line(very slow and inefficient crew) got to the order taker. They were out of the fried rice and just had a smattering to noodles left. Was told that it were working on the rice and then it would be nine minutes for the noodles to be cooked. The fried rice or noodles comes with every single entrée. There are times when you might be out of one and be cooking it but to be out of both before you even start to cook more is incredibly incompetent. The store looked pretty unkept as well. This place has gone downhill badly. I estimate that had I stayed and waited it would have been close to a half hour from the time I came in until I would have gotten my food. If you want fake Chinese food better check out some of the other Chinese places in Bend. Too bad.

Food is meh. Tastes great when you’ve had a few drinks. The cashier one time told us her shift was almost over and couldn’t wait to go home, so that was weird. Thanks for letting me know?

Food is usually pretty good and replenished quickly. The wait in line or drive thru can take a few extra minutes. Especially during busy times. The staff is friendly and accomidating. Gave my son a sample do he was sure he liked his chosen entrée. Overall, a good value for fast food chinese

Best chinese food in town. Which is sad, if you think about it. Veggies are crisp and bright, never overcooked, rice is never dried out, food is flavorful and colorful. Only chinese place in town that DIDN’T give me the trots. There is even stuff my kids will eat. It’s a miracle. We’ve always had friendly servers, and have never been treated rudely. One time we got a wrong meal, it was promptly replaced and we were comped a free meal for a later time. The broccoli beef IS more broccoli, less beef, but they put in more beef if we ask. Bummed they don’t do potstickers anymore, though.

When I go here I always get broccoli and beef and/or the grilled teriyaki chicken, that’s all I’ll eat. I can’t even go anymore because the broccoli beef is literally all broccoli with one piece of beef and the teriyaki chicken is just covered it fat, I have to cut it up when I go home and end up with no chicken because its so fatty. It wasn’t as bad when I first started going over a year ago but now its been every time(over ten times) so I’m at my limit and not going anymore. I have wrote them multiple times because their staff is rude too. All around terrible place! Go to another town for it!!! Cause it is delicious food when made/served right.

Not sure what to think. We drove up and parked and our 8 and 9 year old grandchildren read the large banner on the front of the building describing«Wednesday family fun days. Games and prizes. 11−8pm.» They were so excited. It was Wednesday just before noon. We get inside. No signs of fun. Wait a long time to be helped. Obviously short staffed. And not very happy staff. Drive thru– no waiting. They were obviously to be serves first. We finally get to the register. We ask about«family fun day». She responds, «yah, that’s on Wednesdays. « I say, today’s Wednesday. She says, it is? I thought it was Monday. She says, yay, I think it starts at two. No, I said, the sign says 11. Oh wow. I’ll have to tell Jess to get the games out. We ate our food. The kids kept asking, when’s it going to start? Anyway…false advertising. Quite a let down.

The food is always excellent here and the customer service is even better! The restaurant is always clean and well-kept. Sometimes they run out of something of course but it’s never too long of a wait. The main reason I am writing this review right now(on Monday 8−3−15) however is because I am thoroughly impressed… 10 minutes before closing tonight an entire baseball team walks in(20+ people) and all order full meals to eat«for here». If it was me I would’ve kindly asked them to come back another night at least an hour before close and try to call ahead with such a large party. But the staff gladly opened their kitchen back up(it was all but completely shut down for the night) and kept serving up orders with a smile. That is exceptional customer service in my book!

Most of the food is pretty good, but the white rice is actually disgusting. Had two bad experiences with it. Please, do something about that.

Being from out of town, it’s always nice to be comforted with the sight of a familiar restaurant. Now, that’s not to say I don’t like trying new things; because I do quite frequently. But for a quick place to eat, I enjoy a little panda. This location is clean, friendly, and the food was fresh. I did come in during the lunch rush, so it took a little longer than normal. Otherwise a good experience.

The best Panda Express I’ve been to! The food was fresh and delicious. The steak was tender, veggies nicely al dente and my super picky son loved the walnut shrimp. The service was very quick, accurate and efficient, which is all I ever ask for. The employees did look like they were tired and harried, but that’s to be expected with an assembly line of people pouring through. The restaurant was clean too. When we left an employee was already nearby to clean up our crumbs.

We had the pleasure of being served reddish/pink teriyaki chicken breast… and to our dismay, the server put it BACK in the container where all the other cooked chicken breasts were. Kind of gross. and to top it off, the server says«oh…it looks like its still raw»…back in the container it went, contaminating all the other meat. Gross. And im bummed because I actually kind of liked panda express. Not anymore…

Experienced the drive-though recently. There was no one ahead of us and our orders were correct when we received them. We received our food quickly but there was only one fortune cookie was in our bag… so sad. I can’t give anything more than three stars due to the quality of the food in general. I often find myself chowing down on broccoli beef and then questioning the origin of the meat… and then trying hard not to think about it. Same with the shrimp… At least they have brown rice now!

Our family loves Panda, just not this one. We live close by and we were excited to see it built but the quality quickly faded. We have been sold orange chicken without the orange sauce because they were out and they figured it wasn’t important to tell us that before ordering and discovering it when we got home. We steer clear of this one now. My son left his retainer on the table one night so we called to see if they could hold it for us, which they agreed, we went back 2 days later and it had magically disappeared. We filed a loss report with the manager and never heard from them again about it. We find ourselves going to the Redmond one and receiving quality food and service every time.

Horrific. Been to this location a few times and tonight will have to be the last. Unilocal says they close at 10pm… the front door to the restaurant says 9:30. My husband and I walked in at 8:20 and they had all the chairs stacked on the tables, were sweeping the floors… Did not greet us or say hi. The cashier who was sweeping at the moment said nothing, set his broom aside like he was annoyed, and started to «serve» us. As we sat down at one of the booths to eat, TWO employees began vigorously mopping next to our table. In our direction, just a foot away from us. At 8:30, another customer came in and had no choice but to walk over the drenched floor. The employees, again, said nothing. just watched him walk across the restaurant to the counter. One of the employees even turned the OPEN signs off, hovering over our table from the booth behind us. I was getting so irritated by the incessant mopping and sweeping, that my husband and I decided to leave. As we were walking out, the MANAGER and two employees were just standing around and did NOT say a word to us. I took a photo of the clock in our car as we were leaving, and a photo of the restaurant an hour before close… My husband and I both understand working in a store/restaurant, and we are the LEAST picky people I know. We will eat any dish served to us in a restaurant even if the waiter got our orders completely wrong, but this… was OUTRAGEOUS.

Went through the drive through and when I asked what was vegetarian they were VERY rude about not serving vegetarian meals and sounded very annoyed that I would even ask such a question. Some politeness would have gone a long way. Needless to say I drove right through without getting anything.
