30 year restaurateur, Classically trained chef (western Culinary Institute 1993), 12 year resident of Bend, OR. Most recent experience was as the General Manager at the Pilot Butte Drive-​Ins. Took over from the original owners as a transitional manager for the incoming owners. Maintained the business reputation and was pivotal in the design, construction, and opening of the 2nd location.

Great little local place. Happy to support a small locally owned business. The owner himself was working the night we went. He was attentive and friendly and approachable.
We ordered a hot dog for one kid and split a pizza for adults and another kid. The infused water offered is a bonus! We did order a glass of wine, though their selection was very minimal. We will return, no doubt.

Excellent selection of American food with the added bonus of Mexican cuisine. The tacos are my favorite thing to order here and Pop never seems to disappoint. The burritos are also excellent and are incredibly filling. I encourage anyone who is looking for a small homely feel for a meal to visit pops. 5 stars for excellent devoted service and top notch food.

First time in was tonight. Ordered two dogs a pizza. Best crust and sauce I’ve had in a long time. Super fresh veggies and awesome prices. The Hot dogs come straight from Chicago and are super delicious. We left with smiles and full bellies and will definitely be making this a regular spot.

I’m new to Bend and I’ve been here for lunch a few times. I’ve tried the Hawaiian pizza, pepperoni pizza, chicken tacos and pork burrito. The pizza has a great sauce, lots of flavor! And there’s plenty of toppings too. I would order a whole pie for sure. The burrito was huge (I could only eat half of it, filled my whole plate) and 3 chicken tacos were filling. I liked everything. Actually, one of the great things they do is they have an assortment of salsas, green and red, hot medium and mild, and a very spicy red sauce that’s really good! The service is awesome and the owner personally came by multiple times to check on how everything came out. I’ll definitely be back!

Such a great place, good food, great service, and a great overall feel. The owner is always happy and kind. And the food is always fresh and delicious! You should definitely come here and grab some food. They have all kinds! Love Pop’s place!
