My 2 nieces and I made an appointment for 1 mani/​pedi, 1 pedi & 1 full set of pinks & whites. When we got there they started on my nieces pedicures and waved over to the corner & told me to pick out a color and sit. They didn’t specify which ones were for pink & whites so I picked the wrong one then sat there for half an hour with no «We’ll be right with you, sorry for the wait or anything». Then the guy looks over at me and says Oh, you need your nails taken off, you should have told us so we could soak them. At this point I got pretty ticked & said forget it, by the time you start my nails they will be done. To which, they, of course got right on doing my nails. Then the guy was in a hurry (I assume this is the reason) and constantly buffed my skin all around my nails and painfully kept pushing the skin away from my nails. In the end they looked good but I was also charged $ 14 more than the quoted price. My niece said the lady didn’t say anything to her the whole duration of her pedicure and hurt her also. My other nieces nails started chipping two days after getting the manicure. And my nails had us there for 2 hours; I’ve always had them put 2 coats on after they were done & this place only did one. I was not impressed nor will I go back, it put quite the damper into our girls weekend & pampering!

I like this place. The staff are friendly and polite. I’m always happy with my nails.

Came in to get a fill and color change on my full set of acrylics on Saturday. I clearly explained how long I wanted them and what shape and by the time he was done they were redo illusory short and not at all the shape I wanted them to be. I had to reshape them myself at home. By Sunday morning they were peeling and chipping off. Went back in Monday morning as they were closed Sunday for Super Bowl and the lady questioned that I even got them done there. I told her yes and pointed out the guy who did them. They took the chipping shellac off and asked if I wanted to do new colors, since I didn’t know if maybe the colors I picked were bad and needed to be thrown out I said I would, the lady then proceeded to yell across the shop «no same colors!». The nails they did are super thin and I am not satisfied at all with the service I was given. They nicked my cuticles many times with the dremel tool causing me to bleed. I will never return to this shop again. I will wait for a couple hours at a different salon before spending any money there. Horrible horrible service!

The first time I visited they were very busy and my mani/​pedi was rushed and nothing to brag about. The second time I visited, when I asked for two different colors for an American French manicure with gel polish I was point blank told no. It’s impossible. So I proceeded to do my own nails and prove them wrong. I was told they looked good by the person that did them along with another customer, but then the person whom I told you could do it, on the way out told me they looked bad. I’ve had chop shops stab me in the back and not do a great job, but don’t waste your time. They barely get by with sanitizing implements and fail even more in customer service.

I’ve been back here religiously since finding them about 9 months ago. **make note there are TWO Happy Nail Salons in Bend — they do not have 2 Unilocal pages. This is the one by Fred Meyer, not the downtown location. It’s also important to know which one you are calling when making an appt: D
They do a great job, if anything is not to your liking when you ask they fix it immediately, they are friendly, it’s CLEAN, and they have a great shellac and polish selection.

This salon has two Unilocal accounts. This one has better reviews posted. Just FYI. I won’t be returning. The lady rushed through me and argued with me about which services I requested… and my nails looked like crap in the end… including the fact that the lady broke off half of my toenail with the clippers, laughed, and said, «Oops!»…yeah. Oops. Ugh.

I was in town with my sister and her friend, they were able to squeeze all three of us in on a Friday. This nail place is efficient. some might say rushed, but I just think they moved quickly. What needed time got it. For the most part the staff was friendly. There was a small communication issue but over all great. The price is right for a quickie (I’ve paid more for less). Just make sure you call the one by Fred Meyer. The one by JCPenney is not worth your time, trust me.

I’ve been using this salon here in Bend for about 3 years now… The owners of this salon also owned a salon previously in Eugene where I used them as well for about 8 years. The owners are very friendly and kind, however, the hired staff are just alright. Most of them don’t carry on a conversation with you, but will chit chat amongst themselves. The gel manicures last about a week and a half for me and no more.
Over all, for the price I am paying, I know what I am getting… These guys are good if you need a cheap manicure for a special occasion.

First time in. I normally go to lovely nails but they were closed. We walked in and although it smelled of Chinese food, it was great! The color selection was crazy, and they were very friendly! The prices were fair and the foot massages were awesome! Pedicures were so fun! Highly recommend!

This place does great nails. I came down from San Francisco on vacation and my nails were a mess. For $ 13 they removed my old polish and gave me a lovely polish manicure. Friendly service, many colors, and they picked out the perfect base coat for my top color, and no extra charge for different layers. I would go again if I was in the area. Also they even ask what shape you like your nails when they shape them-​unusual for that price.

Pretty Nail gets the job done. The space is clean and the staff is really efficient at getting you in and getting what you want done. No, you aren’t going to get Enya, low lighting and champagne, but you are going to get a nice manicure or pedicure for a great price.

TERRIBLE! The work they do is fine, but as a regular customer having spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at their salon, I get treated terribly. I walked in and asked if they had time for a mani/​pedi service (they accept walk in appointments,) and the nail technician looked down, shook his head and laughed at me. Well they have certainly lost my business. DO NOT GO HERE. I have already told my friends and family to go elsewhere, I suggest you take your business to another salon with better service, work, and atmosphere. I suggest Headlines, Urban Beauty Bar, or Spa W. Honestly, anywhere is better than here.

This is a decent nail salon, nice equipment and a good polish selection. The staff aren’t the friendliest people but I was in and out in about half an hour for a manicure. The manicure itself was okay, there was some polish on the skin around my nails and there wasn’t really any massage. But, for $ 12 I wasn’t expecting too much. I would probably go back. FYI, there’s a law in Oregon that you have to bring your own nail file/​buffer or buy one at the salon that you get to keep for $ 1.

This is the worst customer service I’ve had getting my nails done. They constantly stopped doing my nails to check their cell phones for several minutes and zoning off into the tv. Also I made an appt ahead of time so that I wouldn’t have to wait and I still had to wait over half an hour to get service. The people are just rude and bossy and I will definitely not be going back.
