Specialties
We operate on three fundamental principles: exceptional client service, quality candidates, and a great marrying of the two.
1) We track results
We proudly follow the NetPromoter methodology by continually measuring, tracking & responding to feedback.
In addition to industry-best NPS scores, we are consistently recognized with «best of the best in staffing» awards from the American Staffing Association. We are recognized in Forbes Magazine
2) We make it personal
We don’t believe in cookie cutter solutions or that all clients are alike. We treat each Client and Candidate as the individuals that they are.
3) We build loyalty
The core of PrideStaff’s success is relationships with candidates we place.
4) We celebrate success
PrideStaff has received the staffing industry’s highest honor for client service: the Best of Staffing award from Inavero, Inc.,

History
Established in 2016.
We started Pridestaff in Bend because we are passionate about finding the best candidates for our clients and finding great jobs for motivated job seekers.
Our office staff shares many years of experience in staffing and recruiting. For us it is so much more than a job: it is our way to support our local community. The community where we love to live.
‘Flexible, Dependable and Honest’ was the motto when we started and is more than true today. Call us, write us or stop by to find out for yourself
Meet the Business Owner
Matt E.
Business Owner
Independent Franchise Business
I’m local. After graduating from Bend High, I graduated from the University of Portland with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. My father is a local business owner and my mother is a retired non-profit director. Both modeled the importance of making an impact in our local community. My work experiences and family influences have prepared me to help local employers and job seekers connect in Central Oregon.
I spent the first 10 years of my career with JELD-WEN managing global supply chain, procurement, and inventory replenishment programs for wood and steel products. I then transferred to JELD-WEN’s Bend, OR manufacturing plant to help run the facility. I managed office and production personnel in Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, Drafting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Production Scheduling. This experience gave me an appreciation for the critical workforce challenges facing Central Oregon businesses today
