Established in 2001.

Since 2001 Milly Whatley has provided bankruptcy and related assistance to the people of Central Oregon. Milly is a sole practitioner who personally analyzes each case. For the past 10 years her office has been conveniently located in the Waterside Building at 2445 NE Division Street in Bend. The office is handicap accesible and there is ample free parking.

Business Owner

Milly relocated from Boston, Massachusetts to Bend in 1998. Like most transplants, she fell in love with the area and its delightful people. Milly’s hobbies include banjo, cooking, hiking, and spoiling her dear border collie, Brady.

Educational degrees are from Presbyterian College, Clinton, SC (B.A. in English), and Harvard Law School.
