Albertson’s Abbey Carpet & Floor

Learned about Albertson’s from a Neighborhood discussion group… planned to call about my grandmother’s carpet, decided to book an appointment for mine. I want to give them tons of compliments BUT there are not enough WORDS to describe just how blown away I was when I walked downstairs and saw how incredibly clean, fluffy and soft my carpet was! Their rep was a total pro — tons of knowledge and upfront Info about the process. Prices are reasonable. I’m so pleased. Folks who have come to visit notice IMMEDIATELY. That’s what’s up! My advice, call them, book the appointment and prepare to be amazed!

We have used Albertson’s for a few years now and usually get our carpets cleaned 2 – 3 times a year. We are able to schedule our cleaning usually within a few days of calling. Mark is always very friendly and professional. We have berber carpet and back before we used Albertson’s I can remember seeing tiny pulls in the loop of the carpet. I don’t notice that at all after Mark is done.
This most recent cleaning went well but five minutes after they left I started to notice a couple of hot pink spots on the carpet right next to the threshold of the kitchen floor. I immediately knew in the back of my mind what it was (I am always catching the kids with popsicles in the family room). I believe they were drops of food dye that were reconstituted with the cleaning. Needless to say, I called Mark right away. He was able to squeeze me in the next day to take a look. He came out and worked on those little spots for over an hour until they were gone! He was very pleasant the whole time and refused to take any payment.
You don’t find service like that very often these days. Highly recommend them!

I had Albertson’s clean the carpets for a rental home we own. They were fantastic! They were prompt (even worked on a holiday weekend!). The work was excellent. They managed to get a bunch of stains out of one of the bedrooms. I would highly recommend them!!!

Woohoo is the perfect word to use for the exception service we received. Albertsons was prompt, professional and their detailed work was great. My carpets were very dirty and by the time they left they looked new. The team work of Michael and Mark was exceptional their communication to us during the cleaning process was valuable. No chemicals like other cleaning companies!!! I

We just had them out to clean our carpets for maybe the 7^th or 8^th time in the last 15 years. I have to tell you that I am as thrilled today as I was the first time! They are reliable, show up on time, are amazing at what they do, and are VERY kind and respectful. If you saw my crazy old carpets before, you’d think they were brand new now!
Now, I’m not sure about the less than 5 star ratings here, because I’ve never had any trouble with this company, but I will say that it’s entirely possible that they were not talking about the real Abbey Carpet Cleaning. A few years back, I had WHO I THOUGHT WAS Abbey Carpet Cleaning out to clean my carpets. The guy LIED and said he was them from an ad I found on the internet. It was not them. The guy was SO rude the entire time he was here, did a horrible job and then left a piece of equipment at my house and haunted me night and day to get it on his schedule. HIS wife was SO rude.
NEVER, ever Abbey Carpet Cleaning!!! They truly are amazing and I SO hope you will give them a try. When you do, ONLY USE THE BENICIA NUMBER to call.

Had carpet installed with short notice and still was given a fair price and a lot of options back in November. Good customer service and very informative and helpful. I would use them again and plan on using them for my yearly cleaning (great price and better job)!

About 20 years ago we bought carpet from Albertson’s. The install was great. Nearly each year we have had the carpet cleaned. Most years by the black van people and a few years other big names. This year we decided to let Albertson’s do the cleaning.
They were on time, wasted no time going to work. One of the complaints we have had with the typical spray and extraction methods is the carpets took forever to dry. They were here on Tuesday and carpets are dry as a bone, even with the fog and low temperatures.
Before we brought back the furniture I decided to vacuum the floors. I had vacuumed before they started as requested. I just finished vacuuming the living room, dining room and family room with our Dyson. There was not a speck of dirt in the vacuum. There were no fibers… nothing. The method used with the circular brushes and extraction was HIGHLY effective. Our high traffic areas have not looked his good since the first couple of years after the initial install.
No more black or yellow vans for us… Call Albertson’s and you will be happy you did.

If I could give them no stars I would. My family bought carpet here and within about 2 years the carpet has just started coming apart. We had them come out and look at what was happening and they said that Acne medication was spilled on the floor. Acne medication really I think not. They sold a very low grade carpet to us that was nice the first week we had it. The tacking is exposed at almost every wall/​door in the house and splotched continue to show up. There are waves in the carpet not installed properly and when vacuuming you can see carpet fibers and pieces of carpet in the vacuums chamber. I recommend if you are reading this do not use Albertsons Carpet. We had carpet that was 20+years old that was in better condition then our now 7year old carpet. I hope that Albertsons understands they have done us a great injustice as carpet for a whole house is costly. I know others who have had the same problem as well. STAY AWAY FROM ALBERTSONS CARPET!

Do not do business with these folks, especially the owners wife. She is rude and does not listen to the customer. Mark the husband is a nice guy and does good work, only if he knew his wife is ruining his business.

The lady that owns this place is tightly wound. She was very rude to me and I would never recommend her business to anyone.
