This company is terrible. I work for a multi billion dollar company and never had I had to deal with such a bunch of unprofessional vendors in my life. Like the worst and I am a buyer. Not only were they unreasonable, they were downright verbally abusive(Mary J). We bought some personalized mats two years ago and still no sign of them, yet if they want to be paid net 10 days you will not hear the end of it. Also it always is a bad sign when there is immense turnover and their employees tell the vendor they feel sorry for you that you have deal with them.

Terrible Company, Terrible Service. Deliveries Don’t Come, When they do they are incomplete. Linens are moldy, stained, wrinkled, and different colors consistently. Customer service is rude and does not follow up. Take your linen to the creek and wash them yourself-your results will be better.

Nice company been doing business with them for years and love them. Susan is so helpful and willing to do anything to make your needs taken care of. They always are on time and have never been short with orders. They will put your name and logo on the coats as well. I have been to their wharehouse many times and everyone is so nice and friendly. Place is clean and well maintained. Nothing like Mission linen when it was in the city, what a dump, rats and mice everywhere.
