So caring and professional. Love the staff!!! My peek loves it there, and being a true peek she doesn’t love much !!! Plan to take the lab to get her nails done.

Love this place! Always the best help with my MinPin of almost 17 years! A Touch of Class has groomed and maintained my Mitzi for all of those (almost) 17 years. Always friendly, always Very Helpful. Mitzi had a new neckerchief after Every grooming! (something I always loved!!) My mom uses them. (and she has like 7 dogs!) Friendly and polite people. My Mitzi LOVED goin to get her «Baffie’s» (bath’s). Nice selection of accessories too! I bought a new leash from them like, 8yrs ago that was guaranteed for life, didn’t need to be. Still looks like brand new! Quality help, quality products, and help I seriously doubt you find at the ‘chain’ groomers! The only groomers I recommend!

The staff here are so friendly. They always do a wonderful job. I especially loved how they greeted my pet like an old friend who they were excited to see again! I would highly recommend these wonderful people to care for your pets grooming needs.

Very poor customer service. The person who waited on me was not personable and at times flat out rude. They over charged me ten dollars for the same service I received the previous visit and when I questioned the price, the person behind the counter yelled to the manager in the back: «this guy’ has a question about the price being charged. The manager didn’t care enough to speak with me personally and never came out from the back. I explained to the person behind the counter that I cannot come back to them because they were overcharging me. She didn’t care. Normally I wouldn’t have said another word, once I’m treated poorly, I just sever ties and find another place that appreciates my business, however when I put my dog in the car and began to drive home, I noticed that my dogs paws were very bloody. The groomer had trimmed the nails way too short and my dog bled all over the front seat of my car. When I got home I called them to complain but they didn’t answer. (BTW, they almost never answered when I would call to schedule appointments or inquire about the progress of my dogs services) I left a message on their voice mail stating that I needed to speak to the manager right away. After an hour of waiting, I called again but they went home for the day. (just for the record, I called well in advance of the store closing). Bottom line: I always get the same service for my dog, bath, nails trimmed, and teeth brushed which was $ 60 on my last visit now its magically $ 70 dollars. I researched their competitor Petsmart Grooming and they charge $ 50 for the same exact service package, won’t injure your dog and they even answer the phone, imagine that! I guess the next time I need a groomer, my choice will be simple. I would have loved to resolve these maters by a simple conversation but this is obviously their preferred method of conflict resolution.

Never got to experience this place because my wife called this place over & over again leaving several messages just trying to get an appointment for our dog. No one ever bothered to return our call! They should probably look into who is getting their messages & check into why no one returned our phone call after we left several messages. Really weird & would never recommend this place because if that.

We have two dogs, a Shih-​Tzu and a Corgi Terrier, who have been getting groomed at A Touch Of Class for almost a year. The prices are reasonable and we have always been very happy with the services. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good groomer!
