History

Established in 1954.

Boulevard Mortgage can trace its roots back to 1954 when it was located at the intersection of Roosevelt Blvd (Hence the name of our company) and Cottman ave in North East Philadelphia. When the original owner decided to retire in 1993, four long time employees pooled together to buy the company and continue the legacy.

Boulevard Mortgage was one of the very first lenders to offer the PHFA (Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency) loans and has been an authorized lender from the very beginning.
