People who shop here should know that they only give half credit for returns with the original receipt and box. I wasn’t told this. When the foundation I bought reacted badly with my skin, I tried to return it and the manager was very rude to me — she told me it was my fault for not liking the product and gave me a lecture about hygiene. This was after I said I completely understood where she was coming from and I just wish I was informed of their policy at the time of my purchase. The sales associates are so nice and very helpful, but nothing you can’t find at another beauty store. Overall, there isn’t a wide selection(especially makeup), their store hours are limited, the return policy is ridiculous, and their manager is rude. I will not be returning.

my experience: I bought a product, used it once, it broke while I was using it, I asked the store manager if she didn’t want to send it to manufacturer, I was told I could, but as I didn’t have a box or receipt she would not. She never got past the $$, even though I said I completely understood not receiving my money back without proper papers. All she thought of was the $$ not the service. I always choose local business but in this case I’ll make an exception.
