They rescued us from the side of the road, us and our 2 babies. They had a big flatbed tow truck to accommodate our minivan. They made sure not to leave any of us behind. Then they towed us to a shop that provided excellent service. So grateful.

I had the misfortune of breaking down on the highway outside of Benson. I had a friend locate a towing service and call them with my location. I was FOUR miles from the service station that I wanted to take my car. Tim’s towing arrived within fifteen minutes, loaded up my car and towed me. They charged me $ 81.00 to go four miles. I later found out I could have called a towing service thirty miles away and would have paid LESS. The tow cost more than the repair. How sad that there are such unscrupulous business people out there taking advantage of people when they are in need. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to call these people!

Do not bring your vehicle here if you don’t have to. This place right out of a cheesy 80s horror flick. I Unfortunatly had my car towed here when I broke down on my way home to Tucson. Luckily they were able to fix it in only 5 hours and charged me a reasonable amount. The next week I was on the highway again and again my car broke down with the same exact problem. This time I left the car there and it was 8 days before it was finished. This time they said more things were wrong and charged me an additional 900. Would I be there twice in two weeks if they had fixed things right the first time? I seriously doubt it. This guy is a crook and knows nothing about customer service.
