USA Vein Clinics

I thought the doctor was excellent. He name is Dr. Gart. I found the front desk very helpful and caring. At my first visit I had some ultrasound work done, that too was done very professionally. What I dislike, is that USA Vein Clinics is a national firm which has offices throughout the country and when you call the # that is on their business card, you are being connected with their ‘call center’ which I conclude is handling calls from all over the country’. At that call center, you will find yourself on hold endlessly, then transferred around a bunch, and you will find them not very helpful. That’s my complaint about this group, their call center.
One other negative worth mentioning… Although the 86h Street office was spotlessly clean, it did have a very clinic like feel to it. I think they have tried to change that image by changing their name to usa vein centers versus usa vein clinics.
Again, I found the doctor to be excellent. I found the staff at the doctors office excellent. And I opted to make a follow up appointment with them, which shows my faith in them.
