Beach RV Park

Beach RV is really special. Conveniently located with a touch of easy living for us and our little Yorkie.
Right on the river and not to far from the vineyards.
We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful time here.
Each site has a patch of green grass and a hanging floral basket.
They didn’t have to do that, but it really does make you feel special.
Katie is a sweetheart. Eager to answer your questions and be there for the people.
We will surely return.

My wife and I stayed here in our motorhome for 4 days during the 2013 Prosser Hot Air Balloon Rally the last weekend of September. I had made reservations many months prior, using my Passport America membership to obtain a 50% discount. My first very pleasant surprise was when I learned from the manager on the phone that they would extend the courtesy of the discount for my entire stay, which… according to their agreement with POA, they weren’t required to do. Very Cool! Then when we arrived, we were met by the manager, who quickly led us to our spot in a really nice, clean park. The sites were very spacious, with plenty of room on both sides for our slideouts, and it was a full hookup site, offering water, electric, sewer, and cable TV, as well as Wi-​Fi, I believe, although I don’t think I used the Wi-​Fi. After pulling in and beginning my hook up and setup routine, I noticed that the cable TV plug had gotten pushed into the plastic post, so after we got set up, we walked over to the office to finish registering, etc., and I mentioned this to the manager. She immediately called her husband on the radio and asked him to come and take a look at the connection. We took a short walk to get aquainted with the park, and by the time we returned to our MH, her husband had already been there and corrected the problem. Also, while we were in the office, the manager gave me a printout of the balloon rally itinerary, which I thought was extremely thoughtful of her, obviously going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and our stay memorable. Although we don’t normally utilize the bathroom/​shower facilities, since we use on MH facilities, we did check out the facilities available and found them to be extremely clean and obviously functional. That evening, we took a walk down by the river and took advantage of a bench on a deck overlooking the river, and just sat for a long while enjoying the river and the quiet & solitude. The balloon festival was nearly a total bust due to an unexpected weather front which moved through with rain & high winds, but our stay at Beach RV Park was really nice, and we were able to get out and do other things to make up for the cancelled balloon rally events. Our stay at Beach RV Park was EXTREMELY reasonable (cheap) with our POA discount, and I will not hesitate to stay here again if we find ourselves back in the Prosser/​Benton City area for a future

Beach RV Park is conveniently located, the facilities are good, the managers are very helpful and kind and the park is right on the river with a well positioned shaded deck to encourage you to do a little river watching. Right across the road is a boat launch. This is a mixed use park with spaces available for travelers and many permanent residents. The park seems quiet with people respecting each other’s privacy. Should we need to stay in the Tri-​Cities again, we would enjoy returning here.

We loved this little gem of a park! Nice large spaces, shade trees, very clean bathrooms/​showers, inexpensive laundry facilities, very nice managers & assistant managers, and reasonable rates. It is a few miles (8) out of the Tri-​Cities area, but well worth the drive to stay in a nice little park right on the river. The boat ramp was just across the road so perfect for a little fishing or swimming. We stayed in a 31′ motorhome and have a dog with us. We would stay there again.

We arrived mid afternoon and found our site right away. The landscaping is beautiful — lots of mature trees and flowers. Easy access and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
