Specialties
Award winning barbeque is our specialty; pork shoulder, beef brisket, baby back ribs, rib tips, chicken and turkey. All smoked over indirect heat. We make our own sauce and sides as well.
History
Established in 2004.
We did barbeque competitions for 20 years. We began catering as an extension of the competition. In 2004, we decided it was time to open a restaurant. At the time, there was no one in the area smoking meat.

Charlie M.
Business Owner
Charlie competed in barbeque contests for about 20 years. He and his wife have competed at the local, state, and national level. As state champions they qualified for the American Royal Invitational as well as the Jack Daniels Invitational which is an international competition.
