History

Established in 1995.

The foundation for each dealership was President Matt Ghazal’s belief in fair dealings and ethical conduct. Since then, Express Auto has grown to have locations across Southwest Michigan, becoming a top performer in it’s industry. Matt still believes his continued success is dependent upon the trust of both his customers and employees, and is dedicated to preserving that trust.

Matt is the President of Express Auto. He began his career in auto industry during college. Matt opened the first of his auto dealerships in 1995.

Well, this may be a great place to get a car if you have bad credit but they’re a lousy bunch to work for. The so called team members, namely Tevin, (the fat sack of dung who tries to talk to people while simultaneously shoving a candy bar down his gullet) thinks it’s a good idea to tell customers that another team member doesn’t know what he’s doing. Not exactly the kind of thing team members do to each other. Then considering how entitled most of their government tit sucking customers feel, that’s exactly what some sister souljah needs to rile her up to begin verbally attacking someone. Even after the witch’s issue was taken care of at no cost to her she still wouldn’t let up. Going as far as following me about the facility calling me names and openly stating that my team member told her I didn’t know what I was doing. The more I apologized for my mistake the more she attacked. An attack that could have been avoided had that so called team spirit been real instead of just lip service. Thanks for nothing Express Auto.

Great place to get q car especially if you have no or bad credit. They do not check your credit so you will not be turned away due to credit issues. So go here for friendly, patient customer service and leave with a car.

I’m not sure that anyone ever can top the experience that we had with Terry and the guys down at the Benton Harbor. We needed a car, had the worst credit in the history of credit scores, we were behind in our bills, and the one and only van we had broke down. We were stranded and hopeless. The only great thing was that I had just started a really good job. We knew there was no possible way we were going to get a car but we had to try. We looked on the Internet and found Express Auto. From the moment Terry called us, he was kind and very considerate of our situation. He never once treated us like a sale. Even though we knew we would never qualify, we decided to try.
Terry came to our house and picked us up, took us to the store, and sat with us though what seemed to be hours but was really only minutes. We were honest about our situation and filled out all the paperwork truthfully and correctly. After waiting for a little while, we found out that our honesty paid off. We couldn’t get a car that day but the finance department asked us to do a couple of things and come back in two weeks and they would help us get the care we needed.
Two weeks later, Terry came and got us and took us back with our completed goals. In the midst of a blizzard, we were approved for a car. There are not enough words to thank Terry and the guys for all there help! If you need a place to get a car, don’t walk but run to Express Auto!
