Since the mid-​80s I was doing business with this firm. They did an excellent job on my books. But recently they made a printing error on one of my books, and their customer relations policies on resolving this issue was abysmal, petty, rude, and inconsiderate. I was stunned! I had done over five books with this firm and here these people were being cheap and difficult. I finally got a partial refund, which was not based on what they charged me, but what it cost them. I discovered in this process they they must have overcharged me for shipping by easily 200 percent or more. I will never do business with them again. Whoever runs this company has to be an insensitive idiot who doesn’t care as long as his wallet is full at the expense of other people.
