Established in 1982.
Established in 1982, Dink’s began with the help of a long-time Texas barbecue pioneer. He helped build the original pit… still standing and still in use. His techniques of slow cooking over a hickory fire are patiently followed today. Our restaurant has been in the family since the beginning. We’re locally owned, and staffed by the very best people.
