The Wrap Squad

I had a similar experience to Cassandra’s. Great art work, horrible service, and a wrap that begin peeling almost immediately. They took my deposit in September and did not finish the wrap on my bus until January. Now my wrap is held together with clear packing tape just so we can get some use out of my poor investment. I wish I had checked out their Better Business rating first which is an F. Hopefully someone else can learn from my mistake.

I am torn on how many stars to leave this company, as I am not quite finished with my experience.
On one hand, The artwork they pieced together for me was great and the quality/​look of the job as a whole is good. My assigned designer, Drew, was very helpful and worked with me to get the finished product I wanted for my windshield advertizement for my business.
On the other hand, the customer service is terrible. My initial appointment was on March 29^th, where they applied the design to my car. Upon close inspection of the work when I got it home, I realized the last digit of my phone number and part of the graphic were partially cut off. Having worked in this field before, I would have never allowed a customer to pick up the vehicle with that kind of error on it.
Drew worked with me right away to get the artwork fixed (and updated while I had the opportunity from customer feedback on some edits), and I was told I would be contacted by sales to schedule the re-​application. No one contacted me for 2 weeks, so I called on April 24^th to schedule myself, and they were short with me on the phone and couldn’t fit me in until today (May 6).
Much to my surprise, I packed up my work and headed to the shop, only to find out I was not on the schedule, nor had my artwork even been printed. I was sent away with the assurance that they would be coming to my home to apply the decal so I would not have to come back again. We will see how that shakes out, but I will not be a returning customer in the future.
