The lady who work on Saturday (specifically sept.26) was very rude. Have a zero idea on how to deal with costumers. She clearly made a mistake and won’t accept it and tried so hard to blame

I used to come here long time ago everyone is so nice. I came here today and I had the worst experience. I put my clothes, money and soap in the machine not knowing that the machine is dead. So I called the lady in front to let them know that I had put money on the machine and it’s not working. The lady came up and said she can’t do anything about it, because she said we used the machine that it’s broken. I said how am I gonna figure out there is no sign. So I said I have to let the owner know about this. The lady replied «I am the owners boyfriend». This girl was so unprofessional and rude. I will not come back here anymore.

One of the better laundromats in the area (and trust me, I’ve been to them all)…very clean, staff is friendly, good prices, and plenty of free parking. My only complaint is that it can get rather busy on some days and although they have tons of washers and dryers, it still can get a little cramped… but that’s only when its really busy. I even use their wash and fold service when I’m too busy or lazy to do it myself. Cheapest wash and fold service in the area. They also have a frequent wash card that you get punched every visit. Your 10th wash is free. Very nice owner too!

Good. Not too crowded. Nice and quiet. Dryer is a tad pricey 25c for 7minutes? Jumbo machines 5.25. Mini is 2.25.
Manager is friendly. Good customer service. You get a rewards card 9 washes and the 10th is FREE.

Great staff. This place is CLEAN. Everyone is always very nice to me and my kids. Best place in Bergenfield to do your laundry. And for a treat I have dropped my laundry off to be washed and folded. What a deal.

I’ve been coming here once a week since March. This place is always clean and I’ve never had any problems with a machine, or even seen any machines out of order. The staff is always friendly and nice. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the washers are all about a dollar cheaper than the laundromat near my old apartment. All in all, I couldn’t be happier to have this place right down the street — couldn’t ask for more.
