Terrible company, they lie when they actually don’t do any work. And they send you a hefty invoice for work that was not performed.
Home owners beware, hire another company, these people are not honest.

We use their gutter cleaning service twice yearly. I appreciate not having to be home when they work. All work is done well. When I am home, they are professional and courteous. Once they left a full trash bag on the roof. I did not notice until several days later. I called and someone was over within several hours to remove it.

VERY shady operation!!! They sounded great on the phone, but when push came to shove, everything changed. This would have clearly been a contract job and they refused to offer one. What they did do was offer to drive the 40+ miles to give a «better estimate» and if I turned it down, I would be charged a «trip fee». I offered to send photos so they’d have a good idea of the work to be done and they didn’t want them. Naturally, this opens me up to a much larger fee for the work.
They also offered a «cash discount», but I later found but that they meant CASH… greenbacks! In the last year, I did a $ 15,000 basement job and a $ 2,000 front door combo job and 10% discounts were given for paying with checks. It’s pretty clear to me that Keltom wanted cash so they didn’t have to claim the revenue and pay taxes on it.
They may do good work, but I’ll never know. Not with a company that plays games like this.

Crew came out for our annual gutter cleaning. After several tries due to freezing weather, they returned and did the job as expected. But I cannot recommend this company. During one try, the crew left with our garden hose running, flooding our backyard and wasting water. On the final attempt, they left bags of gutter debris scattered in the yard.
Company took several weeks to return our calls after we complained.

Keltom gave me a reasonable estimate and I did not have to be present either which helps when you need to be at work. They replaced all my gutters after I had damage from Sandy. I felt they did a very good job, no leaks, the pitching of the gutters done properly. Work was done back in January and 8 months later everything is fine. They took away the old gutters and were neat in their work.

I had a problem with my gutters leaking at the seams. Silly me, I called another company who was a disaster.
Afterward I called Keltom, who I use yearly for gutter cleaning. They arrived promptly and fixed the problem completely.
Keltom has been very reliable and affordable. I have used their services annually for about 4 years and have not been disappointed.
