Called and spoke to some guy on the phone about changing my alarm monitoring services. He seemed pretty helpful and he suggested I drop him an e-​mail with the details and he’d get back to me and confirm the price. He replied with something along the lines of «should be able to do it.» I had actually asked him some specific questions and he was supposed to give me the price.
He never did and never responded to multiple e-​mails after that. I figure that if that’s how I’m going to get treated *before* I become a customer and before they get a sale it can’t really get any better than that.
