Biodynamic Craniosacral practice can support your healing in physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of life:

* physical-emotional symptoms — TMJD, chronic /acute pain, insomnia, headaches, hypersensitivity, PTSD, activated nervous system, pre and perinatal trauma, early attachment trauma, limiting self-images and beliefs

* relaxation — deep rest, relief of chronic stress symptoms

* grief work — emotional release and integration

* personal growth — increased self-awareness, integration of insights, meditation

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, is a safe, primarily energetic approach to mind-body healing, with special attention given to settling of the nervous system and the treatment of trauma. It involves a very gentle touch, often applied to the head (cranium) or sacrum (the triangular bone at the bottom of the spine).

My work is informed by two additional complementary healing modalities, the Hakomi Method and Somatic Experiencing. Both of these are forms of somatic counseling, where focus is given to present time experience of bodily sensations, feeling, thoughts, images, and impulses to move. Both are based on mindful self-awareness, present moment witnessing, and embodied integration.

Hakomi Method is a body-centered psychotherapy particularly helpful in uncovering and transforming limiting self belief systems.

Somatic Experiencing is an effective psycho-physiological method for resolution of trauma symptoms and relieving chronic stress.

Piotr Z.

Business Owner

My involvement in the healing arts, psychology, and Buddhist meditative inquiry began 10 years ago. Now, I am particularly interested in assisting people in their personal growth through moments of deep and challenging life transitions.

My approach to mind-body healing is informed by practitioner training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Franklyn Sills, Visionary Craniosacral Work at Milne Institute, body-centered psychotherapy (Hakomi Method), and trauma resolution method (Somatic Experiencing). I also trained in the Feldenkrais Method, accupressure, Reiki, and Esalen Bodywork among other modalities.

My main intention is to provide loving, non-judgmental, caring attention to clients, understanding first hand that deep healing occurs above all in a loving relationship.

My other passions include cooking whole-foods, baking, backpacking, and recently, dancing Biodanza. I grew up and lived in Poland until 18 years old. I hold a chemical engineering degree from UC Berkeley.
