Runs late (one time kept me waiting 2 hours), barely has a moment to answer your questions, requires your credit card before you can even see him, schedules you to come back for no apparent reason other than to keep collecting payments and then his accounting department screwed up and without even a single call or letter sent me to collections. Seriously?!?

Worst experience EVER. Waiting room is hell on earth — airless, crowded, LONG waits. He sauntered in the back door 45 minutes late from lunch and then walked out ½ way through my appointment, telling me to come back another time to get my questions answered. Don’t know why he has to bring up politics all the time but he is proud to support Donald Trump for president. Gratuitously and disparagingly called me and my 2 companions «Berkeley liberals» when he actually knew NOTHING about our politics and not one of us was from Berkeley (Oakland, LA, Hawaii). None of us had mentioned anything about politics. He seems far more interested in his reimbursement than in actually treating anyone and he is nasty as hell. I was so traumatized by him that I avoid Herrick and have found much better options nearby.

There are reviews for this doc elsewhere that are fairly horrific. I can’t say anything about the doctor specifically (this review is for the office staff since I have only talked to them.) because I haven’t been called back to make an appointment and their scheduler has «just stepped away» the times I’ve called. It’s been months now. I gave up and am looking elsewhere. Clearly don’t care.
Also want to note that before they ask what is wrong, your name or why you have been referred to see the doctor, they ask what kind of insurance that you have. Classy. Clearly shows what they’re focused on. Your money, not you.
