This is one of the smaller branches of Chase bank, but what it lacks in size; it makes up for in quality. First off, parking is usually available directly out front of the bank, and for people in a hurry; they offer atms within close proximity of the entrance. Secondly, the staff here is very friendly and quick to serve customers (Even busy days move fairly quick).Lastly, this branch offers free accounts for certain jobs in the immediate area. As long as the branch provides my account for free I’ll keep coming :)

this Chase has a parking lot in back (heartell). parked in front with the many vans who were repairing/​replacing/​boarding up/​or? the windows at the bank.
in and out in minutes.

i have had excellent service at the financial service desk but hate the teller line. so far I’ve had three positive experiences, aside from that the tellers are rude and lack customer service skills.
update – I have upgraded their score to three stars. The last few times I have been in recently the tellers have been polite and helpful. I still hate their lack of a line system. There’s no structure, people always look confused as to where they’re supposed to stand of who goes first if they are filling out slips. Its small and not a big deal but its awkward enough to bother me, I cant be the only one.

Bus was going to arrive in 6 minutes and I needed a new debit card. They were able to process everything and get a new card sent within 3 minutes. Incredible service.

I was low on funds, had a problem with a merchant’s broken website (causing extra charges to my account) and sustained some OD fees as a result.
I went and talked to Angelica Rodriguez, and everything was taken care of.
I’m not used to being treated kindly at the bank.
