I specialize in helping my clients buy and sell wonderful homes – especially walkscore homes – in excellent East Bay neighborhoods. These days, home sales involve innovative internet marketing, including the use of social networks (twitter, facebook, yelp, linkedin), as well as the best access to MLS real estate information and good old fashioned hard-​copy venues (ads, flyers, postcards). My team and I are skilled at creating buyer-​magnet marketing campaigns. We also do everything you need to smooth the way from supervising every phase of the process to making sure you get the best deal possible and a successful close.

History

Established in 1992.

In a way, I feel like I’ve always done Real Estate. It was the main topic of conversation around our kitchen table.

My folks were both real estate agents working in the Mason McDuffie office in Orinda where I was raised.

After working various high tech jobs in and around the Bay Area, I decided I wanted to build my own business and followed in my parents footsteps.

I first hung my license in the Kensington Mason McDuffie office, then worked with brokerages in Piedmont, Berkeley and Albany, finally ending up at the office where I am now a Broker Associate, Coldwell Banker in Berkeley. This experience gave me a wide-​ranging education about the diverse neighborhoods in and around the East Bay.

All my professional experience has been about solving problems and helping people; from my early days implementing various technical tools in a broad range of industries, to my almost twenty years in real estate. I’d truly enjoy putting my varied skills and talents to use helping you sell the home you have and find the new home you want.

As you know, Real Estate can be complicated, but you can relax. You can depend on me to watch the process closely, making sure you won’t miss any important bits of information.
