Claremont Classical Pilates is dedicated to teaching the work created by Joseph Pilates. A major component of classical pilates is an integrative approach where all parts of the body are uniformly developed with use of different apparatus to build core strength, stamina, stability and flexibility. While pilates is indeed a workout, and the benefits of consistent practice are many, we hope that clients also integrate this work into their daily routines as they live, work and play.
