Devin Ratoosh is a real estate agent working and living in Albany California. Aside from the two years spent in Los Angeles earning his degree in Economics from the University of Southern California Devin has lived in Berkeley and Albany all of his life. Though technically new to the industry, Devin grew up engrossed in the real estate world. His father, David Ratoosh, has been working as a sales agent ever since he can remember and now owns a property management company in Albany.

Having grown up here, Devin is especially equipped to help new families moving into the Albany and Berkeley areas. Growing up in the neighborhoods, attending the schools, and tasting the food, he is familiar with every inch of Albany and Berkeley.

Devin by far is one of the best young professionals in the real estate field!
We closed the sale on our Berkeley property yesterday and cannot be happier with the whole process. Devin knows the local market very well, gives honest and reasonable suggestions and he never makes you feel under any pressure. He is always prompt in answering questions and taking necessary actions, the deal was closed 4 days after vacancy!

Devin did it! He helped us sell a Berkeley house with seven owners spread out globally. He streamlined document signing process with all parties, coordinated the inspectors and house/​yard cleaners, and marketed the property worldwide. Devin recently helped us purchase our home in Berkeley. We were working with him since January this year and met with us pretty much every weekend to look at homes outside of open houses since we were generally busy on Sundays. He took a ton of time to show us homes, send us comps, suggest homes that he thought we would like, and even took care of our 2 year old while we scoped out the houses. Once we found our home, he was there through out the closing process and even after since the sellers asked for rent back. He guided us through every step and was there until the very end. He became a friend throughout the process and we hope to have the privelage of working with him again.
