I specialize in «Desktop» Macintosh Support, remotely via the web, mostly. I’m equipped to tackle problems like email issues, DSL connectivity, backup, networking, data transfer, and all compassionately, honestly, and securely — with kindness and lacking any :-) geek arrogance. We all have our limits in what we understand with computers … I have mine!

Remote access is something I love supporting folks with: it’s affordable, safe, and allows you to get geek help without having to go anywhere or invite a stranger over your house!

I don’t do hardware repair. I am sometimes able to pull data off of hard drives from the occasional dead machine — but that’s fairly rare. I suggest Keene repair in SF for mechanical issues.

Kenji is brilliant! He has helped me with my business computer issues tremendously over the years. I am very non techie and Kenji is quite patient, non judgemental and I trust him implicitly! He has also been very responsive during a time critical period.

Kenji is not just another pretty face. Smart, and Interesting to talk to, he is also prompt and knows his way around an Apple.
Kenji was referred by a friend, and boy I am so glad I listen to my friends.
I took my iMac to the «Genius» Bar and was told it was one problem, but as I described the problem to Kenji he said, «Maybe so, but I don’t think that sounds right…» We made an appt for the next day, and Kenji arrived on time, and was done in about 15 mins. I went from an expensive brick to having everything back to normal. But then we continued to chat and talk for another 30 mins or so. It was by far the best IT experience I have had.

Three things I value in an IT person are friendliness, accessibility, and, of course, expertise. Kenji has all these qualities.
