History

Established in 2009.

Brian began playing guitar more than ten years ago and has been passionately performing, creating, and teaching ever since.

He began teaching music to children in Los Angeles in 2008 and has since taught everyone from age 5 to 50+.

Brian has taught students everything from in-​depth music theory and well known songs, to creative composition. He also helps students to understand how they can find an approach to music that works for them. Each of us is unique, and the musical journey can be one that is at once healing, psychological, emotional, spiritual, enjoyable, and highly individualistic.

Business Owner

Brian Honeycutt has been delving into the world of music for as long as he can remember. He has released CDs on various independent labels, toured, and worked with many individuals in shaping their own musical destiny. What he finds most exciting now are the connections formed and the wisdom gained from each lesson that he teaches.

As a child, Brian loved to listen to the playful audio tapes his parents gave him, including the music of Raffi, audio books like Frog and Toad, and the sounds of nature. Since then, he has gone on to explore a wide range of musical styles, techniques, and instruments.

Brian has been teaching music to children and adults since 2008. He has worked with children in after school programs, Band Works School of Rock, and has taught privately since 2011. Brian’s approach is an organic process that focuses on the soul of the individual he is working with. His lessons are customized for each student based on the needs of the person in the moment.
