It’s high-​quality work, and their hearts are in the right place, but a little one-​on-​one kindness would do wonders for my impression of Inkworks. Yes, I know, capitalism sucks and customer service is a form of oppression or something; but I’m on your side, guys, and my union has made many orders from you in the past. The least you could do is help us get the boxes of thousands of dollars’ worth of flyers/​surveys/​cards we bought from you from the top of the loading dock to the parking lot. I’m no Teamster, but I’m fine swamping my own stuff. Just help out a little, will ya?
The parking lot is tiny, and there’s a doozy of a gap/​bump between the street and the lot, so pull in slowly and/​or at a 90-​degree angle. You don’t want to speed in at 45 degrees – unless your car already needs an alignment.

I had to put together and deliver a memorial card for a funeral on a ridiculously tight schedule. I initially called FedEx/Kinko’s, since we were on a budget, it was a small, personal job, and they are open both early and late. To their credit, they admitted they couldn’t pull it off. I hadn’t even considered a press like Inkworks, since the size of the job was so small and the deadline was so tight. But I am definitely calling Inkworks anytime I have a print job from now on. Charlie and Ranil were patient, professional, knowledgeable, and confidence-​inspiring. The end result was just what I wanted, they got it done ahead of schedule, and the price was less than I expected. Ranil also fixed some last-​minute typos and saved the day. It was great to deal with people who really know and love the print industry and are not just part of some huge anonymous corporation.

Bands you totally need to come here to get your show posters made! We have gotten great deals both times we went with a great final product. Super fast turn around and the best part is your supporting an ethical company! Thanks Ranil and everyone at Inkworks

Cool joint perfect for those with perfect needs for printings, business cards, leaflets, and posters. They have been around forever and would be considered a great example of California’s heritage businesses. They are priced reasonable and complete considerate of the environment.

Inkworks underbid FedEx Office by 30% on our office’s latest print job. No reason not to use the green, local printer when they ALSO do extremely professional work at a great price.

Take your jobs elsewhere! They mean well but have some of the worst help I’ve ever dealt with. And they are expensive.

Simply the best printers in the Bay Area. Inkworks printed 5000 comic books for our little nonprofit. They were crisply printed on beautiful (recycled!) paper, with a nice sturdy cover and flawless stapled binding. We still get compliments on them.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The rates are quite reasonable. And who doesn’t love a worker-​owned co-​op? Inkworks is the best.

I’ve worked with Inkworks over the years, and customer service rep Charlie Hinton is reliable, professional, prompt. I can call and talk to a person right away, or email and get a response promptly. Charlie’s a real straight shooter, very honest and transparent about when some print jobs are sent out. I’ve only ever seen quality printing from Inkworks. Lots of paper options. Totally full service. The prices do not compete with the rock-​bottom pricing of other bang-​em-​out cheap places, but Inkworks delivers high quality, environmentally friendly printing that is worth the reasonable prices.

Progressive, Green Business Certified, Worker Owned Cooperative Printshop. Inkworks is friendly and helpful, and they have online estimates. Also they have discounts for non-​profits and such!
