Kim saved my sanity during a difficult process with a 203k home loan and a sensitive situation with buying a house from a friend’s girlfriend. She went above and beyond. Kim came our way through a real estate broker and was absolutely instrumental in our effort to buy a house in the East Bay. Focusing on Albany and Berkeley, Kim helped us focus narrow our search to key neighborhoods near BART and the high school. Her knowledge of those communities is excellent and we were well served by her local expertise.

You can not go wrong with Kim as your realtor. I can honestly say that without Kim as our agent, there is absolutely no way we would have been able to purchase our house in Berkeley. She is very hard working, thorough, very transparent, highly responsive and maintains a great positive attitude.
Here’s our story: The house had fallen out of escrow with a previous offer. She knew we had been interested in the house. Kim spoke with the agent and called us up less than an hour after hearing the news that it might be coming back on the market. She helped us put together an offer that night, and helped motivate the seller to sign with us as the only offer, despite an insanely hot sellers market. But then the real value add began. The sellers were a pretty sharp pair of real estate construction investors. They had done a great reno of the property, especially in the foundation. But a massive rain storm in Dec 2012 highlighted some drainage problems, resulting in flooding in a few places in the basement and garage. Kim kept the sellers on point, sharing info with us, and helping us through a very complex due diligence assessment of the foundational work and drainage work. Without her hard work, we would have very likely given up in the face of 100s of pages of materials, confusing documents, and deadlines. Even when we ran into some unexpected snags with the loan process, she sat on top of the loan people to make sure they delivered. Unbelievable! You won’t find a harder working agent.
