Lift & Sprint is unlimited outdoor fitness in Berkeley, Kensington, Richmond Marina and Emeryville Marina.
Our 45 — minute workouts will have you slamming ropes, swinging kettlebells, sprinting on the track, and throwing punches with your fellow Lift & Sprinters.
We provide a positive, safe training environment in three of the East Bay’s most beautiful parks. Rain or shine, we will be in the great outdoors changing your attitude about fitness. Breathe, laugh, and let off some steam in the sunshine.

History
Established in 2013.
Lift & Sprint sprung to life in 2013 due to the overwhelming desire of our personal training clients to train in the great outdoors. We started this adventure in the new year with a Fat Loss Challenge, running, sweating, and squating all over the picturesque King Track. After the 8 weeks was over, we realized that what we created, a wonderful small group class, couldn’t end so we are back with 15 classes a week supporting each other while soaking up the sunshine.

I’m one of those weird people who like to exercise. Especially running. Now that is the best. I also don’t like to waste my time. I like to work hard, for a short amount of time, to get the best results. I mean, who has time to exercise for hours a day?! Most sane people don’t choose to spend their free time at a track, unless you’re me. I’m a runner at heart, but I realized that if you only run you end up with a flat butt and flabby abs. Unless you run up hills and do crunches at the top. I created Lift & Sprint to bridge the gap between cardio and strength training. By keeping your heart rate up through running and boxing drills and challenging body weight, sandbag, and kettlebell exercises to tone your entire body, you get the most bang for your buck in 45 minutes.
I love exercise, but more than anything I love to help people enjoy their fitness by keeping you guessing what is coming next and cracking a joke or two. Come join us!
