Lila Ann is a nationally certified massage therapist with 14+ years experience assisting mamas (prenatal & postpartum), dancers and everyday folks achieve their wellness goals. As of November 2013, she is an Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapies (ATMAT) Practitioner. Her role as an ATMAT Practitioner, is one of an ally to wellness supporting women’s cycles (from menarche to menopause and everything in between), fertility, and digestion. Lila Ann has combined her loves for massage, herbal medicine and dance into a fruitful healing arts practice.

I walked away from Lunabee Body work feeling well nourished, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Today (the day after my massage) I feel how my body has opened in ways that I have been closed off from habitual body patterns. I have never had a massage where I got so much support and feedback towards my unique body so I can sustain my awareness of old habits. I am so thankful for all of Lunabee Body wisdom!

Lila is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how it works, and I always leave her massages feeling not only relaxed, but like my body has been reset so that everything is as it should be. She is very attuned to issues that you are having with your body and is able to tell which areas need more work without the client actually telling her– she always manages to work on areas that I didn’t even know were tense! Besides feeling amazing while you’re being worked on, Lila’s massages continue to help me feel better for days after I’ve seen her. She knows what she’s doing and is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever gone to.

Lila Ann is a very talented body worker. She combines sensitivity with an amazing technique. Her presence in the massage was professional and compassionate. I felt Lila listened to what my needs were and more than addressed them. I highly recommend her as she is truly a gifted healer. Lila is awesome! Her touch is magical and super relaxing. I appreciate that when you first arrive, she offers tea and wants to know what areas she needs to work on prior to starting your session. Once she starts the massage it’s like being on a cloud! She is great at sensing all the areas that need extra attention, you can really feel her strength just to the right level. After one of her massages, I feel like I’m floating for the next several hours, it’s quite bliss!

Ann is the best. She is so pleasant and makes one feel welcome and comfortable immediately, and that’s aside from her amazing ability to find exactly where your stress is and to make it disappear. You can feel her strength but she never takes it too far, and she takes care to find out if there are any sensitive areas before she even starts. She is also extremely receptive to feedback. It is a joy to experience her work; I only wish I could afford to do it more often!
