Business Owner

After having two years of undergraduate work at MIT, Bruce obtained his B.A. from UC Berkeley and later obtained his J.D. from Boalt Hall at UC Berkeley. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1980, Bruce practices in the following areas of law: Corporations and partnerships, leases, contracts, intellectual property, international business, real estate, litigation.
