Afro Brazilian Dance and Dance fitness is for everyone. Classes are 1.75 — 2 hours long and include core work, cardio dance, martial arts, dynamic stretching and relaxation. Both physically challenging and rewarding, I aim to support your personal fitness goals and provide you with a rich cutural dance experience.

I cover a range of styles and techniques: samba do pe, bloco, axé, capoeira, Dunham, flamenco and orixa. If none of this sounds familiar, don’t worry. I will teach you movements, combinations, choreographies and techniques and how to recognize the various styles of music that accompany each form.

My class is a warm and friendly space for all levels; men and women. You need no previous dance experience.
