I love to fish, laugh, and salsa dance and constantly see the positive in everything that I do. In April of 2013, I purchased this franchise because of the potential and saw the need in our area. On a daily basis I learn more and more and I never thought that running a carpet cleaning business could be so much fun. First time I’ve used this company and I would highly recommend their services. I had buildup from high traffic and teenage mystery stains in my living room which I had dubbed «ground zero.» Zach came in and did an AMAZING job.
The carpets weren’t very wet afterwards and dried within an hour or two. Technician was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. It was worth every penny.

The best cleaning result so far (have used dry chem and extraction before.) The Oxi method is sort of a cross between the two. Good detergents used in Oxi process. Carpets aren’t soaked.
Zach was the young guy who did the job. Arrived on time. Was courteous and pleasant and did he take his time. Seemed to agonize over getting out some trouble spots (he was successful!).
No question: they/​he will be back next time.

I had a great experience with Oxi Fresh and the wonderful young man Zach who did a fabulous job cleaning my extremely dirty carpet. He was very professional and explained the process he was using to get out the really bad stains. I was very impressed with Zach and all the work he put into getting my carpet clean. I highly recommend Oxi Fresh. My carpets were cleaned about 7 years ago by another company for quite a bit more money and were not as clean then as they are now, after 7 years more wear. Great job Zach!

I love this service, and Alex, the owner, is great! I was hesitant to use a cleaning service like this, as I have hardwood floors and a lot of hand-​made wool rugs. Alex explained all of the cleaning steps before starting, and my whole house-​including my living room furniture, was cleaned in less than 3 hours! Because this process uses very little water, everything was dry within 24 hours. The service is so easy and so inexpensive! Do it!

Great service! All around good job. The woman who took my call was informative and professional. She got me scheduled with ease.
I believe it was Zach who called me the morning of and informed me of a cancellation. He informed me that the process could be started earlier, if I wanted. We started early and from the get go he was professional and precise. He was honest, fair, thorough and cool as hell.
I got the full deposit back. White carpets and pet odors where no problem for this team. If you haven’t made your mind up by now, just PULL THE TRIGGER and call these folks!

This was our first time using Oxi Fresh East Bay. I can’t say enough good things about Alex. First off, scheduling was simple and made convenient around my time. Alex arrived on time and was ready to work. His professionalism and knowledge was awesome.
Our carpet and sectional couch needed cleaning. He was able to get out the stains and spots in one try! I am sold on this new way of carpet cleaning and recommend it to everybody. Our carpet was dry almost instantly and both couch and floors look brand new again. 10 Stars!

We recently got out carpets cleaned a few weeks ago by Alex. We decided to have it cleaned while we were on vacation so that we can come home to a nice clean place. When we got home, the carpet was… cleaner but not as clean I would have liked it.
Here’s my back story… I have 2 kids (toddler boys) and haven’t had my carpets cleaned in 4 years!!! So I am to blame for not keeping up with the cleaning. So if you can imagine… my carpet was pretty bad: juice stains, food stains, dirt, grime whatever else you can think of!
I called Alex and told him I wasn’t entirely happy with the way the cleaning went and he was actually glad that I called him back. He too, wasn’t happy with how it turned out and was actually waiting for my call. We set up an appointment and he came back to do another cleaning and it turned out way better than I expected!!! He was very professional and explained the cleaning process and how often I should get my carpets cleaned. I guess dirt gets lifted after an initial first cleaning and sometimes spots will show up again. Which I completely understand. I mean, it’s been more than 4 years since my last cleaning. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good professional cleaning. The price was great also! THANK YOU for a job well done!

This company is by far THE BEST… i have two kids and a husband who don’t pay attention to walking on the light beige carpet with their shoes on. My carpet was DISGUSTING and it is absolutely beautiful! I was skeptical due to the lack of equipment but whatever their solution is and that quiet light carpet cleaner mixed, gets the job done! Oh and compared to other companies that use that heavy machinery that lifts and breaks your seal under the carpet, their machine literally glides across your carpet and doesn’t rug at the carpet but very efficiently cleans it! 2 THUMBS… VERY VERY SATISFIED

The things I look for in a company are integrity, honesty, good customer service, and great workmanship. You will find all four of these at the highest level with Oxi Fresh East Bay. Alex and the crew are extremely professional and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. They are extremely honest and will tell you if carpets are worth cleaning or just replacing. They offer a ton of different carpet treatments for all kinds of issues such as pet stains, food stains, worn down carpet, really old carpet, etc. If anyone in the area is looking for a great company that will treat you right and have the job done right then I recommend you go with Oxi Fresh East Bay.

I am an apartment manager, and I recently started using Oxy Fresh carpet cleaning for our small, student apartment complex. Alex and Zach have both been very professional, courteous and easy to work with. Both have arrived on time for the jobs we have given them, and both have worked hard to make sure our carpets looks clean and fresh for our new, arriving tenants. I have been amazed to see how they have been able to quickly and easily remove spots that other companies have failed to remove.
Additionally, when I have offered professional criticism about a given job, Alex has responded by making sure these small details are attended to the next time. Also, when spots have re-​emerged after a cleaning, Alex has offered to come back and re-​do the carpets in those units free of charge. He has been a pleasure to work with, and I recommend his services to anyone looking for good, professional service.

I just had our carpets cleaned for the first time in 13 years by Oxyfresh. With four kids and two dogs it really needed some heavy duty work. There were pet, food and juice stains that I did not expect to come out. To my amazement, Alex got all the stains out. The carpets looked like new after the cleaning. In addition to turning out great, the carpets were dry within a couple of hours as promised. Which was important because we had guests over later that day.
I highly recommend Oxyfresh to anyone. You get great results and very professional service.

Availability: Called in and was able to book easily
Cost: $ 160 for 4 rooms and a walking closet. Groupon had the same service with the same Oxi Clean for $ 140 for 4 rooms. But because we wanted the walking closet done. The receptionist indicated that booking directly would be a better deal. I guess $ 20 more is the special deal.
Arrival: 1hr late, but called to let me know he was running late
Service: Took about 4 – 4.5 hours. Not sure why as the carpet totaled roughly 1000 – 1200 sq ft. Also keeping in mind that there was no furniture in the rooms or house. That did not include stairs and landing. He was also on the phone alot. But I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was providing good service.
Only stains that I had was a small amount of paint and small dirt imprints. So I wasn’t expecting much of a difference as others reported. Carpets were in pretty good shape to begin with. But my wife wanted to move in with an oxi cleaned carpet. We were warned that the carpet could pull up odor as it pulls from the bottom up to the top and to vacuum once dry. We were told it should take 1 to 2 hours for the Carpet to dry.
Overall: For the cost, its not worth it. I could of shampooed or picked up a groupon deal and got the same service doing a shampoo versus oxi clean for a quarter of the cost. There cleaner collected little to no debris. It took 6 hours for it to at least be able to walk on the carpet. It was still wet the next day as I laid on the carpet I found wet marks on my shirt when laying down on the carpet. A bad stench from my living room was very strong and was probably due to the prior owners having a dog in the house. It was expected as he mentioned that the equipment picks up the odor from the bottom. Because it took up roughly 5 ½ hours of the day (Waiting/​Actual service) and long wait to dry. I just didn’t see the difference between OXI or shampooing. Maybe it would of been different if it was Alex who seems to be the owner and would have to uphold a higher level of service. At this moment I don’t think I’d recommend to anyone unless your carpets are filthy. But I’m sure shampoo/​steam cleaning can also do the trick with some good solution.

They did an amazing job on very old white carpets with many pet stains (and damage done by Sears carpet cleaning service).
The process was very simple and effective. The owner did not try and «up sell» me on ANYTHING. He did suggest some services I could do in the future.
I waited to post my review to make sure the stains did not resurface and they did not.
The only suggestion I have is to move the furniture and possessions from any areas you want cleaned because they do not move anything per their policy. I should have prepared a little better.
I will be using this service over and over again until I can afford to replace my dated floor coverings.

I just bought a place previously lived in by family with a toddler and some sort of dog. The traffic areas and stairs had serious dark stains and layer of animal fur. I considered renting a steam cleaner but then my friend Alex told me he just started a new business. Hiring a friend can be an iffy situation. I mean, what if he does a crap job? Things like this can ruin friendships.
Man, am I glad I decided to trust my friend. I’m not sure about the technology but it uses less water and dried completely within 2 – 3 hours. I expected the black spots to be less dark, but they were completely gone! It also didn’t leave chemical smells either. This is pretty cool stuff.
It was such a great job I wanted to get my sofas cleaned but Alex didn’t have the right equipment yet. When he does, I’m going to get them cleaned too. I’m super happy to know about this and will now only use this when I need carpets cleaned. Thanks Alex!
