I serendipitously wound up leasing the first space for my business in the Parker Plaza building. Wow, I was lucky! They don’t advertise much and don’t use a broker, but that’s great as far as I’m concerned because that’s less expense that they pass on to tenants. The owners are very nice and willing to discuss what terms are best for your business (whatever stage it’s in). They’re also quick to respond to maintenance issues and are very reasonable about charging for tenant improvements if they do them (which also saves you the hassle of finding a contractor). Definitely a good place to have your business!
