While the PT in this one-person office is amiable he did not provide any treatment, only gave me exercises and then watched me do them for subsequent appts. When asked to provide treatment, he stated that the exercises WERE the treatment. Had to quit and find another clinic.

The staff is very friendly, as well has the Doctor and he is very knowledgeable. This is my second appointment so far. My first one went pretty smooth and the Doctor found my problem area pretty quick. I feel like the therapy will be very beneficial to my recovery. I would highly recommend him to anyone that was injured.

Can’t say enough about my experience at Physical Therapy Specialist. Dr. Pal is the best physical therapists I’ve ever had. I fell down some stairs and landed on my knee, a couple of months before my very first 5K. He was committed to helping me get back to running, in time for the race. I was not very optimistic, given my pain. His hands-on approach and care really did the trick. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to rehab and get back on the road to running. Dr. Pal is very helpful and caring. Very willing to spend the time and care my treatment required.

I’ve had recent cervical disc replacement surgery. I’ve only had two appointments with Raj. He is friendly and explains things very well and for exercises for you to do at home that do help. But each appointment took roughly at most 10 minutes and he never laid a finger on me. I don’t think it’s right to pay a $ 20 copay each time just to be shown exercises. He is very friendly and his exercises so far have seemed to help my muscle atrophy, but I’ve had way better physical therapy treatment before. I asked if he could ice my neck before I leave and he said it wasn’t part of insurance. I am currently in search of another physical therapist since my original physical therapist pre-surgery has relocated to Seattle. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying he’s completely useless. I’m sure he knows what he’s doing, and he is friendly, but I think a $ 20 copay + whatever he is billing my insurance deserves some ice pack or something. I’ve never even laid down and had him turn neck, actually I don’t even recall him touching it. The two times he showed me virtigo and neck exercises from a regular chair. They are helping but I need someone more hands on, so I can feel relief when I leave not more pain. A simple ice pack was a no??? just wierd to me.

I was referred to this clinic by my Dr for a shoulder problem, and after meeting with Raj Pal, R.P.T., getting regular ultrasound treatments along with prescribed exercises and a little icing, I’m back to about 98%! I can’t speak highly enough about Mr. Pal and this clinic. Very nice man who definitely knows his stuff.
