Newly arrived in Berkeley and needed help navigating the challenges of hosting a kid’s birthday party that would make young kids with a range of dietary needs happy. Jamie not only did the shopping but she also helped to make an amazing juice (apple, ginger and beet!). Kids the parents were all happy and well fed. I had time to actually enjoy being with my kid. Now have moved on to her helping me strategize around my weight loss! Thanks for the transformation.

I’ve seen Jamie twice for a colonic — she is amazing. Her personality is big, and she clearly loves what she does. Her home is clean and sanitary but not sterile like a hospital. It’s a warm environment which sets the mood for the colonic, and she always has calming music on too which I love. She is a genuine person, down to earth, and just overall cool. I will be returning very soon.

Great Unilocal reviews, so I decided to try Jamie for my first… She promised not to laugh if I acted like a big baby… I must say it wasn’t as bad as I envisioned and I felt MUCH better after it was done… I plan on getting it done once a month on my road to a more healthy lifestyle. For my first-​ever colonic, Purity Transformational was perfect! Some people prefer a clinical office-​type setting, but for me, this space was perfect. (Doctors’ offices make my heart race and pretentious spas make me uncomfortable.) Jamie has a great, clean, welcoming environment set up in her home.
Jamie is wonderfully knowledgeable and fun/​easy to talk to. The hour-​long session went by super fast and I look forward to coming back again! Highly recommend!

Jamie is super awesome — trust me, you’ll walk out with no shred of embarrassment or nervousness! I signed up for the four sessions and I made sure to have it regularly spaced out (which is perhaps the best idea) so either way I always walked out feeling grrrrreat! Don’t be upset that the first session didn’t go as well as you planned (for those hat haven’t ever done this before), if you plan out your appointments well enough, your progressions will gradually get better.
I’ve told me coworkers about this place and they’ve since become fascinated to motivate themselves in doing their own research on this practice. Totally worth it!

I had my first colonic ever last month with Jamie. I was heading into a new way of eating, going vegan for the first time, and I wanted to start with a clean slate. Jamie made the experience easy, relaxed, and we even laughed quite a bit through the whole process. We also talked food and we discovered we had Kris Carr («Crazy Sexy Diet») and Sarma Melngaillis («Raw Food Real World») in common. In fact, Jamie’s other passion is cooking and her kitchen supports shelves upon shelves of fabulous cook books!
I love the fact that Jamie’s colonic studio is in her home. It made the experience very normal, relaxed and comfortable. I love her purple bathroom!
I will definitely recommend her to others, and will definitely go back.

Jamie is amazing and performs the best colonics possible. I have had a few in the past and the experience was always a little awkward and uncomfortable but Jamie’s colonics are nothing of the sort. She is extremely friendly and makes the whole thing very relaxed and manageable. After getting a colonic from Jamie I feel rejuvenated and like a new person. Jamie’s also extremely knowledgeable about all health and fitness and a great person to seek inspiration from in all fields of self improvement, from physical to mental. I cannot recommend Jamie enough, she’s very professional but also just a great person who you can’t help but become friends with!

My first visit with Jamie was July of last year. You’re probably asking why did it take me such a long time to write a review… well, I have so much more energy now as a result of the colonics that I’ve been out and about running the lake, rock climbing, and having more of an active, healthy lifestyle. Jamie has created a wonderful healing sanctuary in her home. She is knowledgable, compassionate, and professional. Whether you are recovering from illness or just looking to support your healthy lifestyle, I can’t recommend her highly enough.

This was my first colonics experience so I was quite apprehensive. Jaime made me feel very comparable and was able to take my mind off the whole thing. She is very thoughtful, skilled and knowledgeable. I very much appreciate her relaxed approach and not feeling rushed through the session. I have signed up for additional sessions and plan on making colonics part of my regular routine. My asthma has gotten much better and for the first time in 20 years I weigh less than 200 pounds.

My very first colonic ever and I feel great! Jamie is very kind and although young is quite mature and knowledgable. I have nothing negative to say about Jamie or her treatments. The only reason I gave Jamie 4 stars is because I had no idea the colonics were performed in her apartment in a 2^nd room (Let me metioned that Jamie is licensed!). Don’t get me wrong she is professional, the space is sterile and welcoming and looks like a medical waiting room of sorts… but I felt awkard using her personal restroom afterwards and believe me you have to use the restroom after a colonic. She only sees females and males if she knows them– but having worked in the healcare field for over 10 years I felt the space was very awkard for me. BUT — I think Jamie is great espeically if you are hesistant about your first colonic and you can get past the space thing. I loved her and wish I could ignore my akwardness but I can’t.

I decided to do it… Jamie is amazing. She made the entire experience comfortable and it flew by with ease. Im glad I gave her a try I was thoroughly impressed!

I do not even know where to begin with how amazing and professional Jamie is! I was very wary of having a colonic, but because I was changing my diet for the better I also wanted to cleanse my system. Jamie was patient with all of my questions, helped me relax and have a pleasant experience. I went to her numerous times because the results were so gratifying. If I had not left the Bay Area, I’d still be a client of hers. She goes above and beyond, and even let me borrow one of her books to help me with a personal journey I had embarked upon (to be a strict vegan). Thank you Jamie!

Jamie truly delivers an expert colonic experience. She makes you feel unbelievably comfortable and tells you not only exactly what she is doing but WHY she is doing it so that her clients can really understand their bodies and the importance of the digestive system to our overall health. She uses the best possibly method of colon therapy– gravity colonics – as opposed to the high pressure, sometimes dangerous and definitely less effective system that is widely used. Jamie has an adorable home facility that is clean, charming, and relaxing. Not only were all of my colonic sessions a huge success in releasing waste (much more effective than the high pressure colonics I have received before, and MUCH more comfortable), I also learned SO much from her insight about my body and health, and simple things I can do immediately to improve my overall well being. After our first session she wrote me multiple pages of notes on the natural health advice we had discussed during the session so that I would have it all in writing, personally tailored for my body and health. Jamie is truly the BEST and I would never go to anyone else for not only colon therapy but any and all questions and conversation about natural health and the body. Check her out! :)

Jamie is a consummate professional and passionate about both her health and your yours. It had been about 5 years since I’d had a colonic and I was nervous. But then… She greeted me at the walk with a big sincere smile and I instantly felt comfortable. Next was a beautiful tour of the facility, the equipment and the procedure and I realized — Gravity Colonics are the ONLY way to have a colonic b/​c at times I almost forgot I was even having one! I could not be more thrilled.
After the colonic — I went home, rested, and awoke the next day to discover I had a TON of energy I have not had in years, I’d lost about 5 lbs. and felt so much more clear and focused. I will now make colonics a regular part of my health routine. I also referred a friend to Jamie. LOVE. it’s really the only word that I have for Jamie and her services. Some recent positive life changes were having some extremely negative effects on my digestive system, and weeks of pain and discomfort were literally washed away. Jamie is an extremely skilled colon hydrotherapist who walks the walk and talks the talk. She painlessly guided me through my very first colonic and gave me sound nutritional advice. When I had a skin rash after my first colonic, she researched causes (and found it!) and stayed in touch with me to make sure I was ok. Did I mention she is also an extremely kind, caring, bright light of a person? :)
I was determined to find a gravity controlled colonic in the Bay Area, as it seems to be recommended by the most experts, and I’m so glad my search led me to Purity!
