I use a whole body reflexology combined with acupressure and shiatsu, using a meticulous touch around the ankles, wrists as well all the joints, scalp and ears. This enables restricted muscle tension in the surrounding areas to loosen with ease. Abel’s technique «Reflex symmetry Massage» gives the body good reason to feel the difference shortly after the session begins! Taking reflexology to a new level that quickly balances energy in the most stressed areas in the first 30 minutes of the session. He then continues to return again and again to those areas as needed. Through his long intuitive career he learned the sensitivity of the bodies ability to release stress and tension in layers is limitless. His technique sustains longer lasting relief for chronic pain sufferers.

History

Established in 1983.

I started my professional massage career as an apprentice at America’s well known Christain Sports facility. My first office opened in 85′ and I worked primarily with retired folks and learned a great deal from their patience and understanding. I integrate my passionate depth of Reflexology into a full body massage that routinely shows a noticeable difference 10 minutes after the massage begins, using a «Before and After effect» (Reflex Symmetry Massage). I also trained at Esalen Institute that extended my creative challenge to go outside the box. In the first 5 years at my office, I trained in total darkness whenever possible with regular clientele to enhance my sensitivity and trust in what I sensed not just what I felt!

«Reflex Symmetry Massage» has been 30 years of passionate motivation working out lots of chronic pain and tension on painful bodies; not excluding how my own body has given me tremendous insight by quickly responding to my injuries and getting instant relief!

From the beginning of my career as an Apprentice 1983, I felt a keen relationship with the healing path of Reflexology!.Using the peripheral nervous system on the ears, scalp, face, hands and feet with a whole body massage. Reflexology/​Reflex Symmetry Massage, became the foundation for my work and led me to many new discoveries as well as my personal innovative style. It provided a sensitivity and perception with in my own body awareness that healed many of my own personal issues. Reflexology comes from a holographic view that the reflex points on the nervous system contain a larger part of the whole bodily system. By giving well deserved attention to these areas, they will help restore and free the body of neurological stagnant energy, rebalancing the whole body! In the past 2 years I have used a stone tapping technique that penetrates deep into muscle tissue where fingers are limited in their ability to release stress and tension in comparison. People are amazed how effective it is!
