Meet the Business Owner
Sandra S.
Business Owner
Sandra was first introduced to Pilates as a form of healing for her own dance-related injury. First intrigued by Pilates as a form of rehabilitation, she also utilized the method’s versatility for advanced training for her performance work.
Sandra’s focus on rehab began at the start of her Pilates career and continues to take center stage. Recognizing inefficient movement patterns and imbalances is a focal point in sessions that allows for new and pain-free movement patterns to come to light. She pairs strengthening exercises with release techniques, such as body rolling of various modalities.
Sandra strives to lead clients to achieve their goals while helping to give them a sense of confidence and comfort in their bodies.
Sandra certified with Ellie Herman in 2000 and continued to study rehabilitation with Polestar, Lizz Roman, Nora St. John, Dr. Suzanne Martin, and many others.
