Terlet Ariane R DDS

This is a nice office with a very professional and friendly staff. I have been seeing Dr. Terlet for many years and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I feel like I am in the best hands with Dr. Terlet; she keeps my teeth in excellent shape! A special shout out to Martha (front ofc), Marisza (technician), and Derlie (Ofc Mgr) — you ladies are the best!!!

I called on a Saturday morning in pain to request same day appointment and was immediately greeted by a sympathetic and understanding voice. I was at their office shortly thereafter, filled out the paperwork, and seen by the doctor. All the office staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The doctor heard my concerns and addressed them immediately. My dental insurance was not yet set up and I told them that from the beginning. I had an X-​ray and checkup for only $ 85. I’ve been to plenty of dentists and expected a much higher bill. I was pleasantly surprised and given the situation enjoyed my visit. I highly recommend this office.

I went to Terlet’s office for about two years (six month cleanings and check-​ups). In that time I found that I always had to wait 20 mins to a half hour after my appointment time before being taken. The office staff messed up my billing on two occasions, not being able to manage multiple insurance coverage, and Terlet herself was brief to the point of almost not being there. I also found that, on comparison with other dentists, Terlet charged higher than average, for providing average work in an unpunctual manner. I would not recommend Ariane Terlet.

I am NOT the type of person who likes to go to the dentist. Had my wisdom teeth out at 40 years of age! :-o
However, when we got together, my then fiancé (now husband) had been a patient of Drs. Terlet and Aziz, for quite some time. So, on his word, I went to see them. So Glad I did! Both doctors, as well as the other professionals on their staff, are knowledgeable, patient (I’m a big scardy when it comes to needles) and above all «courteously professional» .
I have been a patent through: being a newlywed, a pregnant (and very ill) woman and a new mother. This is the dental office where my newly «toothed» children were seen. The staff and doctors displayed the same kind of patience and care with my very young children.
I can’t recommend these dental professionals highly enough, I would give them 10 Stars and two thumbs Up!

Drs. Terlet & Aziz have been wonderful. They’ve been our children’s dentists since they were old enough to start seeing one.
They’re great with kids, knowledgeable, and their advice is practical and down to earth. Surprisingly our children still look forward to going to the dentist, even after having had some cavity work done.
Would highly recommend.

My whole family goes to Dr. Terlet for dental care. We chose her because she speaks Spanish, my husband’s first and preferred language (and French) and had good reviews. We’ve been very satisfied with the quality of work, and Dr. Terlet is a really nice person as well. Office staff has been responsive and courteous, as have dental hygienists. Referrals for specialist care have been high quality. Recommended.

If you are looking for a great dentist come to this office. Both Dr. Terlet and Dr. Aziz are awesome.

I have been seeing Dr. Terlet for several years now.
Dr. Terlet. is extremely professional, she doesn’t try and up-​sell you on every latest dental gimmick, and her staff is incredibly friendly and personable.
Dr Terlet has always been on time and has done excellent work on my teeth.
On thing I particularly like about Dr. Terlet is that she is very up front about work that needs to be done and work that can wait. This has helped me a lot when I have been between insurance plans.
Lastly, I had a chip on my front tooth for years. I had seen several dentists over that time that said it couldn’t be fixed. Dr. Terlet took one look at it, asked me if I wanted it fixed and it has been perfect for the last 3 years.

Don’t ever miss and appointment or they won’t let you back in!
Couple of years ago I missed an appointment (just one appt.), called to reschedule and the receptionist said that now I owed 31.50 for the missed appt… But I’m calling to reschedule!!! the receptionist will NOT schedule another appt unless I pay! and Im not paying because I called to reschedule!!!
Oh and don’t ask for a payment plan here because they won’t help you out!!! my last procedure they wanted 800… I asked if I could pay it in two or three installments… they said no. either everything or she (the receptionist) couldn’t set me up with an appt.
Anyway… The dentist is good but the front people make her look money hungry. With all the $$ they get from all the insurance companies… she shouldn’t be charging for missed appts.

I still love my dentist and her staff. I was in and out under 1 hour today. They said, «Todd we’re ready to see you.» 20 minutes after my scheduled time, but 10 minutes prior they apologized for lagging.
This was even less of an issue because of the huge, varied assortment of current magazines. Reading ‘Entertainment Weekly’ and «Runner’s World» to pass the time…
I have now had 3 different people at this office clean my teeth, but all of them I vouch for in terms of being polite, friendly, most importantly, doing a darn good job.
Dr. Terlet and I spoke for a bit about my cavity-​free mouth. She’s direct and to the point, but not cold or quick, just the right amount of «my professional dentist having a talk with the patient.»
You must understand, I couldn’t stand going to the dentist prior to becoming a patient here. Dentist after dentist, it just wasn’t working. Weird personalities, unncessary work, etc.
You won’t find any of that here. Call the friendly front desk team today and get your grill cleaned/​fixed/​drilled. Tell ‘em Todd B sent ya.

Find Dr. Terlet to be the best. However, the hygienists are almost always late – up to 20 minutes. No reason for this. Also very hard to get a cleaning appointment – so that combined with them perpetually running late (even for the 1^st of the day appointments) leaves me less than enthusiastic for anyone other than Dr. Terlet herself.

I was referred to Dr. Terlet by an industry professional.
I went to Dr. Terlet for a second opinion and was very pleased with her thorough explaination of the issues that needed to be addressed. She explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable asking her questions and also asking about different options available.
My husband and I both decided to make a change in our primary dentist to Dr. Terlet

I’ve been going to Dr. Terlet since I was a little kid. Great dentist and great staff. David (i think) has been cleaning my teeth lately and is a funny friendly guy. They do solid work. I once had dental work done by another dentist who left a cavity under a filling. Dr. Terlet fixed it up and made me smiling again.

I recently went to Dr. Terlet for an initial exam, and then got a cleaning from the Dental Hygienist, I believe her name is Mary. I felt that Dr. Terlet was incredibly competent, professional, personable and really took the time to look very closely at my x-​rays and listen to my concerns and questions (I have a lot of concerns with my teeth!). I was very impressed with her. I was also really happy with my cleaning by Mary: it was very thorough and made me realize that previous cleanings at other offices had not be thorough enough. I had one spot on my gum that had been hurting me for over a year, and after the deep cleaning the pain was greatly reduced. All in all, I highly recommend this dentist and everyone in the office.

Excellent service and I no longer dread going to the dentist. How much better can you say than that?

We’ve been going to Dr. Terlet for over 20 years and I wouldn’t switch dentists for anything. Here’s how good she is: when my son was 4 years old he fell and damaged a front tooth and had to have a root canal. He doesn’t remember getting a root canal — she did it so gently and well that he just thinks going to the dentist is fun. She’s smart and straight talking and her genuine commitment to people’s health really comes across, and her whole staff is the same way. We think she’s the best!
