Great place to buy fruits cheaply.
As I love fruits, I know how expensive they are at a normal store, but this place changes fruits with seasons, but always keeps the prices low. PERFECT.
The other products are slightly more expensive than at other stores, but until I moved out of Berkeley I used to go there almost daily just to grab few fruits and eat them on my way home.

This is a good community grocery store/​restaurant. Each time I was there I saw people walk in and out. I mean, people in the neighbourhood, who don’t bother to drive.
The roasted chicken is delicious and cheap, so is the burrito. I like their attitude toward making food, careful and patient.

San Francisco, CA
The owners and their sons are the nicest and genuine people I’ve met in Berkeley, I used to live in the apartment building in front of that store, I used to get my cigarettes and basic groceries. They have good breakfat bagels and burritos and sandwiches, I like also the half roasted chicken. 5 stars for their kindeness! Mash’Allah!
