I started my professional career in real estate in Los Angeles in 2001 at Coldwell Banker in Studio City where I receved sales awards my first year. I spent 3 years there before making a move to Keller Williams in Studio City where I helped many sellers sell their home and buy during the same time. I successfully managed to coordinate prompt closings on both sides. SInce moving to the bay area in 2008 I have attained extensive experience with Bank Owned Property, Short Sales, 1031 Exchanges, Investment Sales, and Equity Sales. I have a strong work ethic and provide an open line of communicatoion between my clients and myself. I am always available to answer questions and help solve problems.

I am a licensed real estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens Mason-​McDuffie in Berkeley, CA. I have over 10 years of experience. My real estate career began in 2001 in Los Angeles, CA where I had the pleasure of working with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate, investment property, as well as 1031 exchanges.

Since moving to the east bay in 2008, I have continued to excel at helping buyers purchase their dream homes while negotiating the best possible deal for them, and to help sellers sell their homes in a timely fashion with the highest possible net.

Over the years I have implemented strategies that help home sellers garner the most for their property in any given market. In addition to obtaining the highest possible offers for my clients, I have strategies — unique to my business — for avoiding buyer cancellation.
