Business Owner

Chef MikeC. is an acclaimed culinary instructor, executive chef, author, cooking show host, brand ambassador, emcee, and food and wine consultant for over 15 years, specializing in both the professional and home cook consumer markets. His passion for educating people in the joys of food and wine has lead him on a unique culinary journey spanning almost four decades.

Hailing from New York State’s wine country from a family of educators, scientists, and engineers with a passion for organic gardening, winemaking, and cooking; the stage was set for MikeC.‘s lifelong exploration to understand the inner workings of all things culinary.

He has been teaching classes, creating innovating food and wine pairing dinners and events in Napa for over a decade. Currently MikeC. is owner and executive chef of Wine Country Culinary Adventures, co-​owner of Costa Rica Culinary Tours, and Consulting Executive Chef and Director of Education for the popular wine bar, La Botella Republic.
