Bön Appetit at Andrews University offers locally sourced, cooked from scratch vegetarian and vegan dishes in either our all-you-care-to-eat Terrace Café or in our a la carte Gazebo. Choose from a wide variety of salad options, house prepared breads or desserts, made without gluten and vegan entrees or one of our classic vegetarian dishes. You will also find fresh stir fry or hand tossed pizza with house made dough and sauce. Visit the Gazebo for a healthy smoothie prepared with locally sourced fruits or one of our famous burrito wraps, you can also choose from our grill menu — always prepared from scratch and made to order.
History
Established in 1874.
Andrews University Dining Services was created for meeting the needs of our residential campus both student and staff. Over time, we have expanded our offerings to include catering services and meal options for our local community.

With over 15 years of restaurant management experience, Mark has a passion for food and excellent customer service. Mark is only a small part of the vast team here at Andrews committed to providing fine dining experiences each day. Executive Chef Linda and Retail Chef Jason work hard with their teams to provide the very best in scratch made vegetarian and vegan dining.
