Specialties

Potty camp, house training for dogs of all ages. Pad and litter box training for the little ones. Good for the high rise dwellers and Chicago winters. I have house trained dogs as old as 7. It’s never too late. Obedience training for dogs of all ages and boarding. Bring your fearful/shy dog for some much needed training to help him learn to love life. This is not a kennel, your dog lives with me as my dog in my home as my dog. Guaranteed for the life of your dog. I specialize in small breeds/toys/teacups. Camp is very structured, we walk every day, dogs are put on feeding schedules and learn to potty on command. I send pictures to you so you can see he’s having a good time while learning.

No more yelling or yanking… take your well mannered pooch to Starbucks and enjoy a Latte. Just 10 –14 days to the ideal pet!

I may not be your first dog trainer, but I will be your last. Now offering private lessons or Classes starting soon at Scrubbers in Oak Park! Give me a call, today.

History

Established in 2004.

One of my dogs became a diabetic and I decided to work out of my home to properly care for him and continue doing the work that I love. Plus people love the fact that this is in my home, not a kennel. Their beloved puppies/dogs get to live in a real home environment while learning new skills.

I love training pet dogs and educating their people, so they can stay in their home forever!

Meet the Business Owner

Nadine Onesti O.

Business Owner

I have been training dogs for over 10 years… I have volunteered my time at various shelters in the Chicago area. I have taught group classes at different Petco locations and am open minded about training. I don’t rely on treats, because, let’s face it, who always has a pocket full of treats? I am also a certified AKC CGC evaluator… and certified in the Force Free Method… My passion is puppies and small breeds. I feel the little guys are misunderstood and can be difficult to house-train, but with a lot of patience, it can be done. I like to help people and give them the guidance they so often need. and just a bit of a jump start! I am also a member of the Small Paws rescue group for Bichon Frise and a professional member of the International Assoc. of Canine Professionals.
