Business Owner

Hello, my name is Jose Gamez a.k.a. Joe and I have been repairing computers for the last 9 years.

I began my journey with JDA, Inc. where I quickly learned hardware and software repair. I gained invaluable professional experience. After a brief stay, I moved on to PostNet & for the next 5 years, I maintained all of the stores PC’s and laptops and troubleshot all network problems. Unfortunately, the business closed in 2006.

Later that yr, I took an assignment as a sub-​contractor for IBM as a Deskside Support Engineer L1, working onsite for Zurich Financial Services. I quickly was promoted to a DSS Engineer L2 where I worked on Break/​fix (trouble) tickets and IMAC (Internal Moves, Adds, or Changes) tickets.

I have extensive training in areas such as repairing and upgrading computers, computer information systems, programming, networking and project management.

I decided it was best to start my own computer repair business, which I named My-I.T. Mouse pronounced (mighty mouse).
