Absolutely terrible, DO NOT GO to any H&R! Not only do they over charge and tell you a lower price than they will actually charge but they are thieves! The Emerald Card is a joke and has terrible customer service. I had an ATM dispute in February and the bank owner (PNC) returned rhe funds to Emerald but they are stating they never received them and closed the dispute and basically told me I’m on my own. Luckily PNC has been helping but we are getting no where and it has been almost 2 months! What a scam. I’m reporting them to the BBB!!!
