Business Owner

Dr. Kelly grew up in the D. C area. He attended Wootton high school and was a former dental patient of Dr. Salcetti and Dr. Dougherty at D&S Dental. Little did Dr. Kelly know he would one day take over the practice in which he once was a patient of.

Dr. Kelly received his Bachelor of Science degree from Juniata College. He then continued and completed his Dental education from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1986. For the next three years, Dr. Kelly served his country in the United States Air Force in Dover, Delaware. In 1989, Dr. Kelly joined the D&S Dental team and later bought the practice in 2010. He then renamed the practice, Bethesda Row Dental.

Currently, Dr. Kelly lives in North Potomac with his wife, Nancy of 30 years. Together, they have six wonderful children from ages 12 – 26 years. Dr. Kelly enjoys watching and participating in a variety of sports. He believes that exercise increases ones chances for a happy, healthy life.
